New update for vrt-dvd 2010

A new software version (1.52) for semiconductor database vrt-dvd 2010 is available

If you didn’t install the patch with update version of vrt-dvd, you can find the new version in our download section (5MB)  at www.wiki.eca.de

  • Improved for windows 7
  • Fixed an error in the transistor datasheet
  • The device field abbreviation was wrong in some transistor datasheets
  • bug fix in search for value changing the values in selection is now realized

ECADATA in the search box of your favourite browser

We did add a new feature for our online database for all kind of semiconductors at www.ecadata.de.

Now you search direct from your browser in the search box.

  • Just visit the ecadata.de site
  • Mainpage of ecadata.de
  • On the upper right site click on the orange arrow (in IE8) or click on the icon
  • add ecadata as search engine
  • Confirm ecadata as new search engine in the appearing dialog
  • confirm ecadata as new search engine
  • Now you can use this new feature in your browser

We did test this feature on Microsoft IE8 , firefox 3, opera 10 and google chrome 5 on Windows and linux.

Please notice that this feature should work on all systems, but you need a valid ecadata.de account to get access to the ecadata data sheets. More Informations about a ecadata account in our online shop.

The new vrt-dvd 2010 is ready for delivery and you can order in our online shop.

The new version includes the data of more than 400.000 different semiconductors.

  • over 90.000 diodes
  • overr 55.000 FETs
  • over 130.000 transistors
  • over 18.000 thyristors
  • over 125.000 integrated circuits

Beside the search and selection for type, device, manufacturer, case outline, SMD-code and text for all components, allows the database structure a selection for parametrics with transistors, diodes, thyristors, triacs, UJTs, DIACS, tetrodes and FETs.

All registered users of the software will have additional access for 1 year to the vrt (integrated circuits), tdv (transistor, FET) and ddv (diode, thyristor) online database at www.ecadata.de.
